libjson-rpc-perl software package provides Perl implementation of JSON-RPC 1.1 protocol, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjson-rpc-perl
libjson-rpc-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjson-rpc-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjson-rpc-perl *
You will get with libjson-rpc-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
